Smart Rent is one of Marquette’s newest services and speaks to the reality that most residents leave us to purchase a home. With this in mind, Marquette created an awards system where by existing residents build up an internal account of money that they can use for the future purchase of a home or condominium. As a resident of an eligible Marquette Community, you are automatically enrolled in Smart Rent. Every month, 20% of your rent will be credited into Smart Rent credits. You can redeem your credits anytime after the expiration of your first lease term. Credits are transferrable to anyone you wish.
