| Over the past twenty plus years, Marquette Management has handled fee management assignments for some of the nation’s largest owners of Institutional Real Estate including The Detroit Police Pension Fund, ING, GMAC, Travelers Insurance, Freddie Mac and TIAA CREFF and two major private pension funds. Marquette Management has also been appointed receiver and has successfully handled numerous distressed properties, workouts, broken condominium deals and/or foreclosures. Marquette is represented on the board of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, and the Advisory Board of Ball State University Real Estate Management Curriculum. |
