MMI currently employs approximately 220 employees to operate its communities. MMI’s home office staff (called Staff Group) is comprised of the three (3) partners, a Vice President of Management, a financial Controller, three (3) accounting staff members, three (3) Business Developers who support and oversee the property site staff members, a Marketing Systems Developer, a Human Resource Coordinator, an Information Technology Systems Developer, a Training and Development Systems Developer, and three (3) support personnel.
