| MMI currently manages twenty nine (29) separate apartment communities comprising of approximately 9000 units. Approximately 3,000 units are owned by the Marquette Companies while approximately 6,000 units are managed for third party institutional and private owners on a fee basis. Marquette fee manages a variety of product types including but not limited to Luxury Apartments, Value Added Apartments, Distressed/Workout Properties, Condominium Associations and Master Development Associations, Mixed Use Apartments and Retail, Mixed Use Condominiums and Retail, Independent Senior Housing and Student Housing Communities. |
