Smart Rent is one of Marquettes newest services and speaks to the reality that most residents leave us to purchase a home. With this in mind, Marquette created an awards system whereby existing residents build up an internal account of money ( a percentage of monthly rent payments) that they can use for the future purchase of a home or condominium. As a resident of an eligible Marquette Community, you are automatically enrolled in SmartRent. Every month, 20% of your rent will be credited into SmartRent credits. You can redeem your credits anytime after the expiration of your first lease term. Credits are transferrable to anyone you wish.
