The space is great! and I love the fact that I don't have restrictions on how I can decorate my apartment. The staff here is pleasant each time I have to contact them for any request I have

I love the convenience of being close to everything and the apartments are very nice.

I have lived in several states and complexes and Woodfield Crossings is one of the best so far! The management is awesome and ACTUALLY helps and listens to your needs & comments. They are always friendly and go out of their way. The buildings are being updated or are already updated and I LOVE my hardwood floors and beautiful light fixtures. They are building a gym and the concierge service is AWESOME. The “drive-in closet” is no joke either. Seriously, I have tons of clothes and the closet space in my apartment is unbelievable. After comparing prices for months it was an easy choice to pick Woodfield Crossings.

IT'S GREAT AND CHEAP TO LIVE.

It is surprisingly quiet for the size of the complex. Parking can be a bit of a trick sometimes. The buildings are clean and the overall facilities are well kept and as convenient as they can be. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are quite a few children in the complex but all are respectful and friendly.

This place is nice and well cared for considering the age of the property. I have had a maintenance request that was addressed in a timely manor and professionally even though they had to come back to continue repair. The unique offers from this company such as no contract cable/internet, and inexpensive insurance are wonderful. There seems to be a consistent lack of parking as first come first serve, but it is understandable to the restrictions of the location. Overall I am happy to be living here for a reasonable price.

It's a great location to live and more affordable than some apartment complexes in the area. There is still some work to be done to get the property up to it's potential, but if you don't mind sticking it out, it will be great once finished.

Woodfield Crossings their doing a lot of renovations and it's looking relly good especially the landsacapes

I would say that Marquette recently aquired the complex and they are making big changes. They are completely renovating and updating the older complex. It feels newer and more welcoming. I think it is a great deal for the location and square footage. The one improvement that has not been made that I would like to be made is BETTER LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOTS. It's a little dark.

That it is very family oriented and the staff has the highest quality of customer service. The area is nice, the renovations are going quickly, and the entire atmosphere here is safe!

The space of the one bedroom apartment and the size of the closet is very nice and the patio or balcony that is available to you is also wonderful. Some of the roads of the parking area contains pot holes, however the space of the parking is good. In other words, it is not congested.

The apartments have gone through very hard times, until now. the new owner's really take care of the property. .
